A 45-minute partner session across bike, rower and SkiErg, led by Focus Hybrid.

Hybrid recovery

The Focus Hybrid group finishes and moves directly into the saunas.

Studio 2 Pilates begins

A focused 45-minute Pilates session led by Studio 2 Pilates.

Pilates recovery

The Pilates group finishes and moves into a Revive sauna recovery session.
