The Lunar Sauna Ritual — New Moon is a guided, small-group sauna experience aligned with the New Moon, a time traditionally associated with intention-setting, renewal, and fresh starts.

This is a ticketed, hosted event, not a standard sauna session.
The experience follows a calm, intentional structure with guided heat rounds and rest phases, held in a respectful and low-stimulus environment.

The ritual is facilitated by Solas Sauna and hosted at Revive Saunas.
