We’ve teamed up with HEAT Health & Fitness, Newry’s cardio training specialists, to create a high-energy fitness and recovery experience at Revive.

This is The Social Sweat Club — a partner-based cardio workout followed by sauna and cold plunge recovery.

The session begins with a 45-minute low impact, high energy cardio workout led by Heat Health Fit. Athletes will rotate in teams of two across three machines:

• Ski Erg
• Row Machine
• Bike

Each participant will wear a heart rate monitor, with all 24 heart rates displayed live on a big screen throughout the workout so you can track your performance in real time.

After the workout, the group moves straight into Revive’s recovery experience, using our 25-person sauna and cold plunge pools to reset and recover properly.

To bring the atmosphere, Connor Jordan (CJ) will be DJing live throughout the session, creating a high-energy environment from start to finish.

We’ll also have a professional photographer and videographer on site, and everyone who attends will receive access to a private gallery to download their photos and videos from the event.
